Why We Build
Before making any decision, we always ask ourselves the same question: Would we choose this solution for our own home?
If the answer isn't an unequivocal yes, we keep looking. We don't aim for the cheapest solutions—we aim for the best ones. We believe that the true value of a home isn't defined by a handful of eye-catching features, but by the hundreds of thoughtful decisions that the future homeowner may never consciously notice, yet will benefit from every single day.
The past few years have reinforced our belief that, in the long run, it is always worth staying true to our principles. We want to build only homes that we will still be proud of many years from now.
For us, success is not measured by how many houses we can build in a short period of time.
Success is when, years later, a family can honestly say they made the right decision by choosing one of our homes—and confidently recommend us to their friends. We believe that building a home is a responsibility. Purchasing a property is one of the biggest financial decisions a person or family will ever make.
That is why we build only homes that we ourselves would love to live in.
In the end, we decided to build the home we had been unable to find.
We completed our house in 2021, and we still live here today with our two children. Over the years, we've experienced firsthand which of our decisions proved to be the right ones, and we've also learned what we would do slightly differently today. We don't just understand what makes a home work well in theory—we live it every day. These experiences became the foundation of Kükü23.
We are a husband-and-wife team: an electrical engineer and an economist. Our skills complement each other well. Together, we develop the concept for each home, carefully consider how it will function in everyday life, and apply the same attention to detail when designing and executing every technical aspect. We don't believe in half measures, and we don't believe quality is something worth compromising.
We have walked the very same path that most families are on today.
When we were searching for our own home, we wanted to find a house where we could truly imagine spending the next 15–20 years of our lives.
A place where our children could grow up, where our family could live comfortably, and where coming home would always be a pleasure.
We visited many newly built homes. After a while, however, we noticed the same problems appearing over and over again. The issue wasn't the attractive renderings or marketing materials—it was the decisions that only became apparent after moving in: poorly considered floor plans, unnecessary compromises, and substandard technical solutions.
