Reaching the turnkey condition

Our preliminary offer is to deliver the property in turnkey condition within 6 months from the signing of the contract. Exterior and interior colors, finishes, and sanitary ware can still be customized. Upon request, we can also provide full interior design and landscaping services through our trusted and reliable partners.

If, however, you prefer to purchase the property in its structural (shell) condition, we are open to that option as well.
